The location was central, peaceful convenient to city amenities. Had tea and goodies at Mink Cafe, nestled 1 mi of the hotel.

The rooms fully-equipped and nicely decorated with the most comfortable bed, cooking facilities and fridge.

Greatly enjoyed our rooms with good facilities. The location was convenient, at a medium distance from Auckland Domain. Boutiques and a large supermarket were right next door.

The staff - some of them were very unfriendly.

I had a studio apartment and it was well-appointed and brand-new with free wifi.

The location in a very quite area was marvellous. We stopped by Winona Forever for coffee and treats, it was not very far from the hotel. We ate at a great restaurant at 1st floor.

The location of the hotel is great, short walk to the The Quest Carlaw Park, self services apartments, Auckland for a family trip to Radiohead, and the Auckland Domain and museum. The place to have dinner not very far from the property is Milano Restaurant, liked this place.

the room was a nice size and featured a flat-screen tv with satellite channels, a microwave and a fridge. the cost was us$ 261. the service was excellent and the pool was lovely.

The service was excellent, the food was good. Besides, the parking was on-site.

Location: the hotel was very close to the ASB Tennis Centre, shopping locations and the city / water front. Every staff member was extremely helpful and really helpful. Booked a room with free wifi.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices for modern and well-equipped rooms. The location on the edge of the CBD near Parnell is convenient, providing easy access to both downtown and other areas of Auckland. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms with balconies on the top floor offer a nice touch, allowing guests to enjoy the views and fresh air.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

The apartment was huge. It had everything we needed from washer to dryer, dishwasher, including washing powder, fresh coffee every day, etc. Location is good if you have a car to get around. There are many restaurants close by (5min by car) or if you drive a bit further many playgrounds.

No gym or swimming pool - one of the pictures of the hotel is a bit misleading as it shows a pool in the foreground. A bit disappointed in the location as it says there is a park nearby. The park is there but it is closed for construction. It seems new offices will be built there. If you have small children you need a car to get anywhere or you'll have to walk 15-20 min.

The room was tidy, well organised and air conditioned. Love the big kitchen. Coould have done with sky or cable in the penthouse suite given the cost of the room but I enjoyed my stay nevertheless.

I was bit put off by staff member kept mentioning that I can't have a party during my stay.

The hotel is conveniently located on the edge of the CBD near Parnell, making it easy to explore Downtown Auckland. The beds are very comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep.
